The Nürburgring is one of the most traditional and modern race tracks in the world. For more than 80 years, the Nürburgring has stood as a symbol for German and international automobile racing, for technical innovations, for a willingness to perform and for visions. The race track in the Eifel region is a center of various sporting events and on the other hand the location of an industrial pool, consisting of numerous well-known and innovative companies, mainly automobile manufacturers - and suppliers. The establishment of the MBA study programs Motorsport Management and Innovation Management at the Nürburgring location enables cooperation between science and industry here and guarantees practical relevance through lecturers and guest lectures from motorsport, industry and business.

The cooperation partner LOTTO Rhineland-Palatinate sponsors the MBA distance learning courses Motorsport Management, Sport Management as well as Innovation Management. The lectures take place in the rooms of the LOTTO district office at the Nürburgring directly opposite the pit lane of the legendary race track in the Eifel. The LOTTO STIFTUNG Rheinland-Pfalz has been committed to education for many years. It pursues its goals in particular by promoting welfare, art and culture, sports, education, science and research in Rhineland-Palatinate.

The goals of the competence center OPINNOMETH, founded by Professor Christian M. Since fall 2015, the German Motor Sports Federation (DMSB) has been a cooperation partner of the MBA Motorsport Management program at the Nürburgring through a corresponding agreement.
In order to start the cooperation at the grassroots level, the DMSB Academy is also represented on the founding advisory board of the MBA courses.
The know-how of the DMSB enriches the teaching and quality of the course through the use of lecturers and speakers, training films or web-based training options. The preparation of scientific seminar papers or theses that examine current and strategic topics of the DMSB ensures a high level of practical relevance.  Students with a motorsport background are highly welcome: DMSB sports supervisors at license level A can even have credit points credited to one of the study modules.

The Motorsport Competence Group AG was founded in 2011 by former Mercedes-Benz DTM engineer Hans-Peter Naundorf and is based in St. Ingbert in Saarland. Since its foundation, MCG AG has realized numerous challenging tasks in motorsport, both in endurance and sprint racing. Especially with the project ROWE RACING the company is established in international motorsports and has a loyal fan base. As a cooperation partner, MCG primarily supports the MBA Motorsport Management course by providing input on the strategic orientation of the course content, guest lectures, internships and invitations to team visits at the race track. We are particularly pleased that the Rowe Racing Team has been driving with our MBA logo on the racing cars since 2017 and has thus contributed a lot to our awareness.
